Sweet Chestnuts

Chestnut Cultivars

- Our European chestnuts are of the highest quality because they are grafted cultivars well known around the world for their size, texture, and flavor.  Specifically, our select nuts are from Marigoule, Marsol, Precoce Migoule, and Bouche de Betizac-grafted trees.  In addition to  being enjoyed  by themselves, these are great nuts for your culinary needs because of their large size! Expect about 25 to 35 nuts per lb.

-Our Chinese chestnuts were grown from seed and are remarkably sweet, easy to roast and peel. Perfect for snacking! Expect 75-80 nuts per lb.

-All nuts are hand harvested, cleaned, and sorted.  Your nuts will not look dull from mechanical harvesting nor be damaged by heavy machinery.

Visit our shop to buy our chestnuts straight from Northern Michigan to your home!
