- Shipping Information:  Orders ship using FedEx shipping, and should arrive with-in 3 days of shipping. All orders ship on Monday & Tuesday to assure freshness. Chestnuts will begin shipping in November 2024

- If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us by email: oxheights@gmail.com within 2 days of receipt.  Return the chestnuts to us for evaluation: North Star Chestnuts, 2330 N. Angle Road Rogers City, MI 49779 (Return Postage Paid by Customer).  Upon return, we will refund the purchase price of the chestnuts.
